John H.

Go to the mcgowenoutletstore.com and go to the left column and click on savage pre fit barrels and scroll down to the dasher listing and in the description heading there is a link to the print.

here is one for a no turn neck,,,,adjust the freebore to suit your bullet profile and weight,,,most 105-107 gr. use .125-.150" depending on shank length,,,Roger

Ps...my new brass is 1.555 out of the box,,I can FF against chamer ledge (no bullet) ---.271 ND works with blue and gold box brass---.4708 works with Redding dies (no click)...

You may also want to spec the base diameter at .200" .4714" like SAAMI rather than .4708" that someone decided was a good idea so you don't get clickers.

John, Do you have .013 neck thickness in Blue box brass? If your bullets are .2431 at the pressure ring, what is it at the shank?….. jim

Please explain "clickers"
My Redding S-Type die measures .4695" just inside, that would be the smallest dimension it can resize the base of the fired case. There have been a slew of reamers made with a 470", .4705" base @ .200" on the drawing. These are the chambers folks have problems with and get a stiff bolt lift and a click at the top of the bolt lift. Many conversations on how to fix this with custom dies and all that mess, when a correctly specd reamer will nip this in the proverbial bud. Considering how brass has a spring back, and 4695" die and with a .470"/.4705" chamber is bad JuJu.

Yep they are pretty consistent at .013. I thought they were supposed to be a little light.?
The bergers measure.24295 to .24300 on the shank
