? 6 dasher and 70gr matchkings?

I will be starting a light recoil loading for my Gfriend to start shooting some reduced range Fclass, I am looking for any recipies for my spair dasher 8twist 30"barrel to lazer some small bugholes out to 300yds. I have always used 105gr`s and never tried the 70s before,I know the 8 twist is overkill but its all i have for now with plenty of the 70gr matchkings to play with, any suggestions will be appreciated
