6 Dasher 12 twist anyone?

Anyone here shooting a 6 Dasher in a 12 twist? If so what bullets are you using and powders?
I ordered a reamer with zero FB a couple weeks ago and plan to rechamber my LRPV that's a 6BR to a Dasher.

I'm wanting to shoot either the Berger 80 grain FB or the Hornady 87 grain VMax

87 V-max with a 10 twist

My 12 twist 6br shoots the 80 gr Berger and 87 vmax very well with a stout load of Varget. Bergers shoot a little smaller.

That should make a smoking varmint or predator combo. I have a 1-12 in a 6BR and it is just barely enough for the 87gr vmax, but the Dasher should get there no problem.

James,

I have had a few 12tw 6BR's all liked the 80r Berger's. The old 80gr Fowler were the best. http://www.6mmbr.com/Schronce600.html The 87 Vmax not as accurate as 80 Berger, but will run 1/2 moa out to 500yds.

Just done a 13.5 twist krieger in 6BR. First 2 shots out of the rifle went through the same hole with 55 noslers. As a varmint round they are awesome!

Thanks Mark,

I just ordered a thousand fowlers I'll see how they work out.

James, is Bill Scheider back in business making Fowler bullets? The last time I talked to him he had retired and didn't plan to make anymore bullets. This was about a year ago. I hope he's back making bullets. He made good ones.

I have no idea I just went on the web page and placed an order.

I have a 10 and 12 twist BRDX and find the 80gr Berger's and fowlers shoot fantastic with vv135
