6 creed / lapua brass neck bushings for dummies

Any suggestion out there for a fairly inexperienced reloader and a new caliber?

Looking for .002-.003 neck tension, and just looking to get a shopping list together for the holidays.

Have just gotten started buying equipment again after selling it off a few years back.

I figure the lapua brass is consistent enough I don't necessarily need a loaded round first to measure off of?

Any recs to get me in the ballpark with a few different sizes?

Also, any recs on die sets? I learned on redding comp and type-s dies with a 300wm and was happy with results. Have also been looking at the SAC die/bushings for their interchangeability.

Is full length sizing with a bushing and then expander mandrel my best bet?

My first and only set of dies I'd removed the expander ball on a FL sizing die, body sized, expander mandrel then neck bushing down and loaded.

That the right process still?

I'm a bit lost on that math, if I do get .269 with a loaded round, and a .263 bushing to set tension, isn't that .006 nt?

Yes I’ll correct that brain fart to .266 bushing..

I just use a Wilson full length bushing die without an expander system and size only one direction and no mandrel
