6 BR w/1-12' twist, what bullet?

To those that have one what have you found to be the heaviest bullet you can get to stabilize in a 6 BR with a 26" 1-12" twist barrel?
TIA,

I do not shoot that twist, but I think 70 gr through 95 would work well. You can likely shoot the 100 gr bullets, but probably not the VLD designs.

Klong, thank you for your reply.
I was thinking that I could probably get away with up to an 80-85 gr bullet.
I wonder if anyone has tried the Berger 88gr high BC FB bullet in a 1-12" twist?
TIA,
Wayne aka WAMBO

my old 6 BR with a true 1 in 12 twist would not shoot anything
over 80gr.A 1 in 10 shot the 87gr.V-max very will...

Forgot about this thread, thank you to all who replied.
Thought I would bump it back up to see if anyone else had anything to add.
Thanks,
Wayne aka WAMBO

I have wondered lately if a 1-12 twist barrels might help keep a 6MM shooting 68 gn bullets in tune better or less sensitive to Density Altitude changes?
