Different Reamer makers have different ways of measuring freebore. If you get the reamer from Dave Kiff,PT&G) or JGS, a freebore in the .090-.110" range will be good. If you are planing to shoot the 105s nearly all the time, a longer free-bore won't hurt.
What I'd do is make up a dummy round with the base of the 90gr scenar's bearing surface,where the boat-tail starts) .200" down the neck. That should be a good compromise for both bullets. The 105 will have more shank in the neck of course, but will still be well above the neck-shoulder junction.
