I dont see these listed on sierra website. Are you sure on weight or caliber?

Thanks for the question. Below are pics of diameter, weight, & length. They are a HPBT. I believe they are made by Sierra but have had them for a really long time so can’t recall exactly. I searched this forum and found references to a Sierra 155gr in 6.5mm. While searching the internet I found no other brands mentioned that made this weight/caliber combo.

It certainly has the SMK shape to it as opposed to a VLD shape. Hope this helps.

Sierra did make 6.5mm bullets in the 155 grain weight. Haven’t seen any of those in a few decades. They were before F class and before the conversion of the shooting sports to heavy bullets and fast twists. What is old in new.

I bought 500 when they first came out to shoot in the Swedes. Still have a few. They shot ok but no better than the 85’s. Should be a good 1000 yd bullet

I bought a lot of these before they improved the ogive and BC with the lighter bullets. They proved to be very consistent across several cartridges including the current 6.5 Weatherby RPM and 6.5 PRC as well as the older 6.5 Mannlicher-Schoenauer cartridge in a modern rifle.
