6.5 PRC Freebore long action

I am putting together a 6.5 PRC on a Rem 700 LA. Going to shoot 140+.....thinking about the Berger 144 or the 153.5. What freebore would work best for my application.

I have the same setup on a 700 LA.
FB is 0.189 and leade is 0.05 at 1.5 degrees. This may not be the best but it shoots the 144.5 B around 3070 for 0.3 moa. There is plenty of room to load longer than the 2.95.
Mine do best about 3.05-3.07. Have not tried the 153.5 because they were too difficult to obtain. Hope this helps.
