6.5 Grendel / Silly Question

I have been reloading 6.5CM for some time and i have all dies including S-Redding neck die.
I recently purchased mini Howa 6.5 Grendel rifle (for my wife) with intension to reload that as well.
I have Lapua brass for both calibers.
Any reason not to use 6.5CM neck die to size the neck for Grendel?
Assuming brass neck thickness is same, if not just use different bushing with same neck die?

I suspect the CM die will be too tall to reach the Grendel necks.

It might be possible but the CM case runs about 0.34 the shoulder. It may well be to small to handle the wider case.

Correct.
Hornady makes a universal neck size die that's a lil cheaper that may work.

You have the brass and dies, try it and I think you will answer your question. Grendel too short to reach the 6.5cm die neck, I believe.
