My thoughts also...Trimming a little shorter is fine but how is that going to affect the distance from the lands you are seating your bullets at?
Changed to say does "NOT" require a lot of trimming.Should be no issue. When I get new brass, I always trim it all to the shortest of the lot regardless of what that length is. Unless it is absurdly short, then I'll toss it. And of course chamfer inside and out. With 6,5 Creedmoor's steep shoulder it does NOT require a lot of trimming on subsequent reloading in my experience. Compared to something like 243 that requires trimming on a regular basis.
