i will have my 6.5x47 assembled this week and have been reading up as much as I can on loads, bullets powder ect.
The main purpose of this rifle will be shot in varmint for score when I don’t feel like shooting my 6br. Will be replacing them with a 30br at some point next year.
I’m goal would to also shoot 500-600 matches when possible. So I have a ton of varget and some 4350 for powder, getting lapua brass, cci450 primers and plan to get the new Whidden clock adjust die set.
My main concern is what bullet to choose. I don’t feel like I need a 140 due to primarily only shooting 100-300yd matches. I picked up some 130 rdf cheap to at least try. I’m in more need of a overall accurate projectile and not as much as low drag. Any suggestions
