6.5-06 AI 100 grain loads

Hey guys,
I know I'll need to work up to it, but do any of you have any good loads for a 6.5-06 AI with 100 grain bullets and a 23" barrel? Are the faster powders better in this situation?

The best loads for me (28 in.) were with H4350, H4831sc, RL-22, ended up with H4831sc and 120gr.

Most all 25-06's I've loaded for have shot 100gr NBT's & H4831sc very well, I would expect that this should also work well in your 25-6AI.

My buddy loads the 100 gr Sierra HP to the max load which is also the suggested hunting load for the 6.5-06 given in the Sierra 4th ed manual. 53.8 grs IMR-4350 for what they say is 3150 fps from a 26" barrel. I don't know what the velocity is in his rifle. He shot some crows with it and at around 300 yards all you would see is a poof of black and feathers floating down. I use this same bullet in my 29" barrel 6.5X55 Swede at about the same velocity and it will red mist a groundhog. THIS AIN'T NO DEER BULLET.
