McMaster-Carr, but they require a business account. I would be surprised if they they don’t have exactly what you want.

I order from mcmaster carr all the time as a random customer. They send everything in nice yellow ziploc bags. They dont have fillister head screws in hex or torx. I did find some at monster fastener. Since pachmayer sells an assortment of scope screws i called them and got what i needed for way cheaper than i found anywhere else. They sell them as a refill for their assortments.
