50 yard sight in

I would like to hear your thoughts about sighting in a rifle at 50 yards to minimize windage problems. Say you have a perfect zero at 50 yards, and then you can use your scope turrets to adjust to any yardage zero (ie: 100, or 200 yard zero). Of course using a ballistic program with good data plugged in and dial to whatever zero you wish. Then recheck the zero you chose to confirm. I know most use a 100 yard zero, and then go from there. Usually zeroing your rifle on calm, no wind conditions is preferred, but it’s hard to find those days with zero wind. Maybe I’m over thinking this zeroing issue.

Check this out, I fed it what if for around here and using a flat shooting .204 Ruger zeroed at 50 yards.
