As ridgeway has stated (R.W. Hart & Son) but you'll need to do some work to get it up & running. - I'd recommend that you purchase a second threaded rod & hand wheel from Sinclair. - I went with a 3/8" x 16 tpi Allen socket that has a 45 degree bevel (requires a 45 degree counter bore bit be used) & is flat headed. - This way it will fit flush with the surface of the bag-plate on the Hart Rest Top.

Oh & then drill the threaded rest post to be tapped with a 3/8 x 16 tap, once you've lined is up & snugged it down good so that it lines up with your rest, you will be go-to-go.
