Someone have experience with 458 socom in a bolt rifle? working pressure? accuracy? rifling twist? any information you have, I'll take it.
I know it was originally made for the AR platform so the pressure limit are suppose to be around 45000cup right or wrong? Will it be a good small ring Mauser project or the 450 marlin with his 45000cup pressure limit will be better? I wish to make a pseudo-tactical rifle with a green mountain 1-14 twist, .458 barrel, between 22 and 27 inches long... any better idea for a low pressure big bore??
