Anyone have a load (not Ruger only) using a Montana Bullet Works 285 gr Keith bullet in 45 Colt. All of my manuals seem to skip from 255gr standard loads to 300gr Ruger only loads.
I have read the Guns and Ammo John Taffin 45 colt posting and he mentions a 280gr bullet but does not include any load data. He just states that loaded to 850fps it makes a good working load.
Is this bullet not suited for a standard pressure 45 Colt load?
