30BR I want to load 110 gr FMJ (30 carbine) for fire forming. I would like to use H-4198 (because I have it).
Can someone tell me 30gr. of 4198 is a safe starting point? I have a no freebore barrel.
I have searched but can not find anything to guide me should indeed there be a problem with these bullets. (new not pulled)

Thank you....I have read it but my concern with using 110 FMJ is not addressed in that section of the bulletin, nor could I find anywhere where it is. Because these bullets would be rather common I was perplexed that they were not being used for fire forming.....led me to wonder if there was a problem doing this that I should be aware of. As far as bullets pulled from military ammo I think a long time ago there may have been a difference in diameter. (something along the lines of 22 Hornets)
