Just got my brand new PTG 40X repeater action six months later and it has a small port, straight bolt handle when I specifically requested (and was promised) a large port, dogleg bolt handle. Action itself seems very nice, bolt has some scrapes and the finish seems a bit thin but maybe it'll look better with a coat of oil (they shipped it completely dry). Lug faces are uncoated, hand fit to the action perhaps? $475 shipped to your FFL.
