400H&H ammo needed?

A friend has a Holland and Holland 400 H&H I understand this is a 375 H&H necked up.
He is not a reloader and needs ammo for a African trip any suggestions?
This is not something I know anything about but he asked so I started here.

That......could be a toughie... The easiest way, obviously would be to just neck up and load some .375 H^H brass, but it is my understanding that when taking your own gun and ammo to africa, it is a requirement that the headstamp on the cartridge matches the rifle.

Several years ago there was a company called Quality Cartridge co.
If they aren't in the biz any more, try Kynoch. That's where I get my 505 Gibbs ammo from.
I've only known one guy who had a 400, but it was a Purdey S/S.
