As many of you know I design and 3D print various accessories. I thought if I had one of these, I could really do a lot of stuff.

I think we all know the first thing that he is going to scan.

Think of how many hand made wood grips, stocks, accessories, etc etc could be copied.

Metal printing technology has been in existence/use for some time now but printing cases makes no 'cents'...not to mention issues with sintered metal cases in our application. Much cheaper to die form then from stock.

You can do it or much cheaper than that. Many people use an old Xbox kinect.

Go to Thingiverse.com or Yeggi.com I made myself a lid for the 1 Lb Hogden, IMR and Winchester powder bottles that has a little spout buit into the lid. Made a new primer catcher for my Rockchucker press as well as the little plug that stops the primers coming out the front of the press. On the table now is a Hornady comparator box for all their comparators. Search for RCBS, Dillon, Lyman etc. and also search for Reloading.
I have found a couple of 3d print plans for a barrel cooler but don't quit like them. I'm not a designer so I have to depend on the free plans out there. Just got this on Xmas day BTW. Another rabbit hole.
