Although I understand where you are coming from, the amount isn't really posted. The banner under your name only means that you gave at least the minimum required to get that banner. I think a Silver requires $25.00, but maybe you gave $30.00 or $40.00..... at least you gave.

I give what I can when I can. Where else is a new shooter going to go to gain the quality of knowledge that this site can provide free of charge. Contributing keeps the site at the top level and I would like to see it stay there.

I applaud you for that viewpoint, New Gun. A percent of your net worth does not equate to a level playing field. A millionaire can contribute 10% and not even notice it. A guy with $50,000.00 annual wage would feel a contribution of $5,000.00 or 10% a whole bunch. I’m not a millionaire so my viewpoint isn’t based on experience.
