375 Wildcat for ELR ??

I have an opportunity to pick up a custom 338 LM action for 1/2 price. I've been pondering an ELR rifle for a while. Thinking of a 375 based on a 338LM Improved case. Is there anybody out there making dies with an associated reamer drawing? Kind of like what Robert Whitley does with his wildcat offerings on 6mmar.com?

I know D.Tubb used this cartridge with some success at Kof2Miles. The ballistics sounded pretty good.

Thanks
Mike

I'm sure someone has done it. But it doesn't really matter "who, how, if, when, or where" a similar 375 wildcat has been conceived because you can order a custom reamer then just send a copy of the reamer print to John Whidden and he'll get started making you up a set of dies while you're waiting for the reamer to be built. Other option with Whidden is to get the reamer, build the rifle, neck up some 338 LM brass to 375, load and fire form (can lube and seat bullets by hand), then send him 3 pieces of the fireformed brass and he will build dies off the brass

JGS can provide Non-Proprietary Reamer Dwgs. that can be used as a "starting point" & also a "blank" reamer print that one can "fill in the dimension boxes" for creation of custom wild-cat cartridges. (changes that are made)
Also their engineering staff (Carry & a couple others) are great to work with in regards to creating ones wild-cat cartridge.
Once a design has been created & approved they can quote a price for finish chamber reamer & resize (if one wanted a reamer to build dies off of, if that route was chosen) - then put it into production.

JGS has done several modified designs in the past for me off of modified "parent case brass" Dwgs. and all have worked out well.
And as Ledd Slinger has stated Dies can be provided by Whidden to match the new wild-cat.

Also, If one has "Quick-Design" (By same software creator as Quick-Load) a basic cartridge design can be modified and dimensions established / modified from the "parent case" - Then a copy of this design could be sent to a reamer producer (I prefer JGS, for several reasons - but that's another topic) for their approval & quote. - Then away you go on the road to producing a wild-cat.

Thanks for the Input guys. JGS already has a good reamer design on file. It just needs a longer free bore to optimize it for a single shot.
