3400 fps witha .223 AI with 60 gr FBHP- possible or not

With a 1:9 twist and a .223AI chamber using IMI brass- do you think it would be possible to get 3350-3400 FPS out of a 27 inch tube??

Reading the 22BR write up and the 60 V-max load is using 28.4 grains powder. almost the capacity of the 223AI so I'm wondering if it's possible in a .223AI to emulate it.

if yes I can sell my 22/250
