338 RUM case issues

I'm reloading 338 rum cases for the second time and I'm noticing that there is no neck tension on 50%,48 out of 100) of the brass, does anyone have any suggestions.Bob in CT

Anneal them or hunt up a different sizing die.....
You could also check the diameter of the expander button, it may be to thick for your chamber.......

Measure the outside diameter and neck thickness for both good and bad cases that will tell you where the problem is.
