Hey Guys....Has anybody had any experience reloading the 170gr SST's in a 325 wsm?

For hunting the 160ttsx is awesome. For accuracy i like the 175 Sierra and 180 nozler . i have never liked sst bullet's.

I want to shoot either the 170grn SST or 160TTSX. Gordon suggests speed around 2 950ft s, which makes it a lovely rig for SA. Especially for those longer shots in the kalahari. I use the 123grn SST in my 6,5 x 47L with great success. Sadly something like the Norma Bondstrike in 180grn not availble. The 0.6+ bc 's really gives the 300wsm an advantage post 500m.

300wsm and 325wsm cases are similar dimensions, except for the neck diameter.

I have a .325 WSM XP-100 handgun. Loaded for it for 12+ years. Killed several hundred deer with it and a nice 11' croc in Africa.
I've never used the Horn. round. I've never been a fan of most Horn. bullets. I'm a Nosler guy. Use 180 gr. Ballistic Silver Tips & 200 gr. Accubonds almost exclusively. Did 42 deer last summer on crop damage permits out to 350 yds. without problems. Even shot 2 large does facing me at 180 & 210 yds. Both droped. I recovered the ABs in the hip joints on each one. ABs are my #1 bullet in most of my handguns. They shoot great & perform great. Here's a pic of the "hip" bullet and the croc.
