I fire form at 34.0 grains of H-4198 [that's all I ever use for the 30BR] for the first fire form, then go right to my competitive load of 34.5 grains for my second fire form.

Group shooting? Anything at or under .200" would be very competitive depending on the crowd your competing with. However, it's the Aggregate, Five 5-shot groups, that really count. Concentrate on the Agg by not making any big mistakes.

Thats just amazing Dave, Awesome group and the other group wasn't as good but I only wished I could get those kind of numbers for my 1K br rifle! Also I weigh the same way as you do.

I have always had impressive results with brand new brass. I know most don't, but I have. I had 50 pieces I just worked up, and I decided to shoot a club match VFS at the same time. I shot a 249. I figured why not have some fun and fire form brass at the same time.

I won a 300 yard Groundhog match using virgin brass in my 30BR. The 30BR is my favorite!

You say your necks are expanded. How did you do this step? If as an example you expanded the 6MMBR brass in one step the necks may not be to straight.

When I make my 30BR brass I expand the necks in one step with a K&M expandiron die. This step leaves the necks somewhat crooked, I then go through the 30BR full length die and this straigtens them out some, but they are not complettly concentric until they are fire formed. While these shoot OK I am not sure "I" would shoot them in a match. However once you smake them with 50,000 lbs of pressure it tends to straighten them out just fine.
