30BR reamer, what’s wrong and right with it

I found this new PTG reamer and want to know what’s good and bad with it, what’s the new go to reamer for the 30Br, and who’s making it

It depends on how you make brass ! And is this a Benchrest or hunting rig ! I'm sure Benchrest. That being said if your not blowing your Brass out in a Fire Forming Barrel the OAL of the Reamer Measure 1.560, if you blow it out with a FF method it usually will get to 1.550 about perfect, but if expand them up from 6BR to 30 by doing in steps like I do mine gets to 1.519 to 1.520 that makes this reamer not so good in the Overall Case department! Why because you now have 40 thousand worth of freebore or dead neck gap air space before you reach 0 freebore ask me how I know ! Well because I order a long neck reamer, what was supposed to be 1.550 OAL and PTG ground it wrong so it was actually 1.570 not so bad with blowed out brass but at 1.550 that still put about 20 thousand extra dead air space to get to 0 freebore, and that can also causes a carbon ring at the end of the neck in that dead space if it's extra long if you don't keep up with it. My point is you have less bullet in the case to get to a soft jam and with my reamer, using short 925 jacket 7 oj Bullets I had nearly none of the base of the bullet in the neck, after I quit blowing out my brass the FF method,and just started expanding it up. I sent the reamer back and they fixed it, I set my Barrels back to match my new revised reamer, my Bad I should have caught it. I think when picking a reamer ask lots of questions make choices based on everything involved so much knowledge on this site, so many I have been there done that & have the T-Shirt to prove it wish I had ask 1st. I Think with the 30 BR it's how you make your brass,might be your big ? some may have gone to a 1.deg 40 lead and maybe 332 Neck but I'm sure unles you are using some heavier hunting bullet a 0 freebore
