30BR No Turn Neck?

I am wondering if there is a reamer available for a no turn neck 30BR? I am committed to building a 30BR, but have never neck turned. I believe I can get the hang of it, however I don't have any of the equipment. All the info I found expains how expanding the 6BR case to 30 cal leaves a hefty doughnut in the neck/shoulder area, thus requiring neck turning to eliminate it. Would I be able to seat the bullet above the doughnut and still get good results?

The problem is the donut is not always sysmetric. This could push the brass to one side. I have 0.330, 0.332, and 0.333" neck 30BRs. The 0.330 neck needs two passes with the neck turner to clean it good. With the 0.332 and 0.333 I can get by with one pass. 0.334" is about the minimum to just clean the neck and remove the donut. That is with the current Lapua 6BR brass. If the brass gets thinner, then a 0.332 or 0.330" would work better. Tim
