308 Norma Brass

Does anyone have or know where to get 308 norma brass? What other caliber bass can a person resize and use for 308 norma?

If so 7mm Rem Mag up
Or 338 Win Mag down
That's the two easiest choices.. There are others also but these might be the most available.

I just purchased 100 pieces of unprimed .308 Norma Mag. brass from Graf and Sons. Just looked and they also have Norma brass for 308 Win. if that is what you are looking for. Shipping notice email came in less than 24 hours.
The .308 Norma Mag brass is hard to find so don't wait for a better deal.

I used remington nickel plated .338 win mag brass for mine.......just to keep it segregated from the regular .338 brass and it worked fine.....

OK I got my wires crossed. My .308 Norma Mag brass was ordered from BULLETS.COM.....I had just ordered Barnes Bullets from Graf and Sons when I made the previous post. Sorry for the misinformation. bullets.com still has .308 Norma Mag brass in stock.

In the past I've formed my brass using .300 Win Mag Brass run into a FL Die. I have a shell holder with .005" machined off the top to set the shoulder back far enough to chamber easily. All you then need to is trim the cases to the correct length and it helps if you anneal them. I use Winchester Brass.

But the next time I need brass I'll just go an find some Norma Factory brass and save myself some time.

You have got to watch because the new beltless 300 Norma Magnum is not the same as a 308 Norma Magnum. The new case is much bigger including the base. Matt
