308 national match dies

I was given a set of 308 national match dies, this might be a dumb question but what is the difference between them and a regular set of 308 dies?

Are they the Forster National Match Dies? If so, my understanding is that the sizer is dimensionally in between a regular die and a small base die. I have a set for my M1A, but I haven't had a chance to use it to confirm this. The National Match doesn't apply to the seater.

I recently measured brass sized in a std Forster f/l sizer and a NM f/l sizer. At the body/shoulder junction the NM resized brass measured .004 smaller. I didn't measure at the web.
The seater was also stamped NM. I had to send it back to get the sliding sleeve opened up because when only neck sizing, the case would not fully go in to the shoulder and gave inconsistant seating depth
