I am in need of a min & max load for the following. .308 Win, Berger 210 grain VLD, Lapua case turned to .014 neck thickness, Fed 210m primers. Barrel has .200 freebore, this rifle is a Savage F/TR with blueprinted Target action. The barrel is a 30" 1-10 twist McGowen with .200 freebore so as to seat the bullet farther forward for increased case capacity. I have most popular powders available. I am using a .334 neck bushing for .002 neck tension. I seat with the new 21st Century Arbor press with Hyd. Seating pressure gauge and seating to between 25-28 lbs pressure. I plan to seat with the bullets just touching the lands. Not looking for normal reloading info as it will not be helpful with my increased freebore and case capacity. I would like to seat the bullet with the pressure ring just slightly above the neck shoulder junction with the BT extending below that. Primer pockets and flash holes are uniformed as well as flash holes being chamfered. The case mouths are chamfer using a K&M tool, cases are annealed after every firing and trimmer to factory specs as needed on a Giraud. I use a Prometheus II for powder dispensing and keep my charges to within .01 grains. I also trim and point and separate with a Bob Green comparitor, loaded rnds usually stay within .001 base to ogive. Don't have H2O capacity but cases weight 168+- .5 grains. Hope this is sufficient info.
