.308 berger juggernauts

anyone using IMR4895 with 185 grain juggernaut. Berger lists this combo with a 41.7 gr. Max. Anyone shooting at or close to max? Any problems?

i didn't try 4895. 4064 was ok. For me, Varget seems to work the best.

Varget is great but Alliant 2000MR is the best.

I run the 185 Juggernaut with H4895 in my 30" 1-11 twist FTR rifle for 1000 yards. This is an excellent combo for me. I know in my mind if I was not using H4895 and could get my bands on IMR 4064 it is what I would use, simply because it has a good history with FTR shooters in the past.

I use both nosler and lapua brass

If you shoot in F TR, 41.7 gr is not enough for a proper speed even with a 32" barrel

Same H4895 powder, bullet and barrel spec. Of course there's more detail to it but my setup gives me over 2800 fps with single digit SD and ES.
