.308/4831sc

has anyone given this a go i don't have any data on .308 an 4831sc.. i've been told its to slow...
but wondered if maybe some one has tried anyway? love to hear..

i've been using H4831sc in the 250 humdinger an its been working great with 100gr bullet
plus i've heard 4831 is used in a 243 to...

Never tried it in 308 but found it worthwhile in 6XC with the 105's instead of H4350, a bit slower.

Hard to find any rankings that include H4831SC as it's fairly new, but most charts place H4831 between Reloder 19 / IMR 4831 and Reloader 22 / IMR 7828 on the slow end.

.308 using Varget, AA2520 or IMR 4064, all on the faster end of the scale, with Reloder 15, VV N150 & N160 towards the slower end but faster than H4350 / Reloader 19.

Might work OK but I'd think most appropriate with the heaviest bullets only, if then.

thanks clark..
had one person tell me he 50gr [ compressed] out of a 22" an 2465fps

like everyone has said its to slow... ijust may try it with 26" "maybe" :-\
