'The Nut Behind The Trigger'
I am in the process of having Richard Franklin build a new varmint rifle for me with the following specs:
• BAT 3LL, SS, fluted, RB/RP, magnum bolt face
• BARTLEIN 30†SS straight tube, polished, 1-17tw to shoot 110 V-Max & 125 BT
• Harrell’s brake
• Greg West ‘Undertaker’ stock in QUILTED MAPLE w/high-gloss clear coat
• Richard’s custom SS PILLAR bedding, floated barrel
• Chambered in 300WSM Min Spec NO freebore, 337 neck
• JEWELL BR Trigger
• NightForce 8x32x56 NSX Scope with CH-2 ret.,Thanks EdwinD)
• BAT 20 MOA SS rail w/Badger Ordinance MAX50 rings
• ‘Smithed’ by Franklin’s Custom Rifles
• Expected weight: “I was afraid to ask!!â€,expecting around 18lbs)
I have seen the recipe for these light bullets on Richard's site but was wondering if anybody out there who owns one of these guns might have other suggestions.
Thanks.
