300wsm chamber

I have a 300wsm chamber with a new pt&g reamer. It chambers new brass just fine, it will also chamber once fired brass. However brass resized in my body die is extremely tight. I don't understand because the resized brass measures smaller at the base, center and shoulder. The shoulder is also pushed back 2 thousandths. What am I missing?? And how do I fix it?

I haven't trimmed the brass but I will. However resized brass measures 1 thousandth longer than one fired....would that cause it?

As posted, trim them short. Some crud or whatever could be hanging you up right at the end of the neck where it hits the chamber. I like my brass a smudge short. I also like them a little short so maybe the next cycle I don't have to trim them, LOL I hate trimming brass.

Turn shell holder upside down on 400 grit sand paper and move it in a figure 8 motion on a flat surface. You can shave a few .001" easily.
