300 wsm low recoil load for wife

Anybody have a low recoil formula that i can use so my wife can fire my rifle in benchrest competition

There are four easy ways to reduce felt recoil.

1st would be to use a lighter bullet such as the 190 Sierra MatchKing and 62 grains of H4350.

2nd would be a lighter powder charge such as the 62 grain load listed above.

3rd would be the addition of a good muzzlebrake as long as the rules/sanctioning body allow it?

4th would be to add weight to the gun in question.If its a lightgun and you can't make weight let her shoot it as a heavygun and add some plates to the forend and buttstock.

The ladies seem to prefer the heavyguns for there ease in shooting and there light recoil.
