300 WSM headspace

Is the head space the same for 300 WSM amd 416 WSM? If not what is the difference?

Any 416 WSM would be a custom, one of a kind as it is not a standard SAAMI cartridge. Perhaps Dave Kiff at Pacific Tool & gauge has made some reamers and he can give you some more information about what others are doing.

PT&G (pacific tool and guage) has a really neat go and no-go guage interchangeability chart you can print out. Not sure but I doubt they will be the same. Check it out, a wealth of info
