What is the average expected barrel life of a 300 wsm used in f class? A friend is buying one used and I am helping him get started with finding components and wanted to get enough to last for the life of the barrel without over buying because he doesn't know if he will stick to the 300 or move down to a 7 after the first barrel. I'm not experienced with the 300 since I've always used a 7.
