Winchester runs .014 to .017 all on the same neck. It needs to be cleaned up. How did you stuff up the reamer ?

The reamer I ordered for my 7mm/270(300) WSM is 0.319 neck. The rifle is more of a long range hunting rifle... but seems to much...
