.300 WM Bolt Face Dia.

Wanting to buy a one piece bolt for the Rem. 700 from PTG. .300 WM caliber. Their bolt face dia. is .550 which they claim is to accommodate a variety of magnum rim sizes. The .300 WM case rim measures ~.532. That's a lot of clearance . Looking for advice /opinions before I buy one. Thanks
