I have one question, as my experience in this matter is small.

What can be done to make one "standard chamber" using a match reamer, if the match reamer has .333"neck diameter and the throat lengh is short?

Wich tool is used to increase only the neck diameter? And wich tool to increase the throat lenght?

This way, with less tools , is possible to make a lot of variations. I know that the neck tool will cut just one diameter, but the throat reamer will cut any throat , just controlling the depth?

Is correct this , or I am ´missing something?

Basically you are correct. A non standard chamber can be opened to standard by using a throating reamer, a neck reamer or a neck and throat reamer. All are different and used for different operations.
