.300 win mag &Hornady 165gr BTSP

A friend gave me some Hornady 165gr BTSP going to shoot them out of my .300 win mag, powder suggestions, anybody have any pet loads?

H4350 in my sako. RL22 is an excellent powder as well.
keep in mind that the hornadys can't be pushed as fast as ballistic tips in my experience.
