300 SAUM Load?

I'm trying to load 168's over 3000fps and failing miserably. Can some one help me with this? I have IMR4350, RL15, power pro 2000, H4831, ram shot hunter, and RL19. I would think one of these could get me over 3k in a 24" barrel. It's a Rem700 SPS SS, with a 1:10 factory tube. I have a good load with the IMR4350. Just want it shooting flater. The current load is 62.5grn at 2862fps. I plan to use the 168hybrid. I know what the book says for load data, but looking for real world data.

I have the 700 BDL stainless w/24" and have seen 3000 with Re19 and Re22 pushing 165 gr bullets. Although accuracy was good, H4350 and IMR4350 gave me 2950ish and better accuracy. Plus, my fun meter was pegged as recoil was interesting. My rifle has a B&C Medalist stock and is pretty light (calll it 8 1/2 all up).

I rarely even mess with this rifle/caliber anymore. I thought I would use it to replace my 30-06 for hunting, but that ain't gonna happen.

Not really apples to apples but I shot a modified sendero in 300rsaum. Chamber was done with a match reamer and the barrel was a match grade 27", 11 twist. 61 gr of 4350 would get me to 2840 with 190 vlds. and 62.5 would take me up to the 2950 range. I say range because with that increase my velocity spread increased considerably over the lower load. I was more than happy to dial up the extra moa with the 61 gr load.
The nosler manual I have shows they got your bullet over 3000 with the barrel length and twist your using, but what are you really sacrificing to get there.
I should add that I was running H4350.

Though your bullet choice is by no means a heavy weight, I'd try a slower powder, Ramshot magnum, Norma MRP or 217. These are still obtainable powders.
That case will hold 67gr of big kernel powder before being compressed.

Any joy in your search for a faster load?. I have shot with a 300 saum for a few years now and am seeing 3100 fps with Viht 540
