Great job , what state ,and as you know oftentimes a waist catch mean the loop was a little large or a smaller-stature coyote.I love snaring in between calling and baiting.I need 4 more coyote to make an even 300 since last march when I turn ears in for bounty.
Shot 2m, 1f last nite & 1f in snare this morning. Caught at waist so a 22lr did the rest
I feel I'll actually have a tad over 300 when time comes.

In snaring anything is possible,I will post a picture here when I find it of an unexpected catch. I started snaring at age 8, making snares out of monofilament fishing line, ringnecks, and rabbits, the game warden nailed me at age 10, a pee-pee spanking did I get, but never stopped, just became wiser and sneakier. In Wyoming.
I try to keep snares at 8" no more than 10", but this does happen if they don't jerk the loop as soon as it's felt on them.
Don't tell me how I caught him in a snare for coyotes but I did he was released unharmed, albeit a little POH'DIn snaring anything is possible,I will post a picture here when I find it of an unexpected catch. 25$ a ear set. Not much really.Just curious 5spd, but what do they give you for bounty on those guys? Does bounty pay better than selling to fur buyer?
