30 AR Remington reloading help

I gathered up enough stuff to build a 30 AR remington AR15. I will be using 15 twist hart barrel 24" long and shooting 110 grain to 125 grain bullets in it . I have no where to start with reloading data. I thought about using 30BR data but the 30AR holds more powder with the case being bigger in dia. It has about 44 grains capacity . Thanks for any help ! Mark
