It is time for a new match barrel from Tim North. Testing new ground for a barrel,want to get rid of the free bore.Pacfic tool and gauge says bullet needs to be .040 off the lands for the gas and pressure problems.Will lose 100-125 fps at the muzzle.looking for smaller groups, with factory barrel and bedding groups are at 3/4-5/8 @100 yds .Has anyone got rid of there free bore.
