Hi W, I think you would have had a better responce if you included a bit more info about the rifles intended use .. I don't hunt anymore but do shoot LR benchrest. we have a couple guys using the 30-284 in these comps and doing real good,so gives us more info..JR..Jeff Rogers

Hi Rogers,
I shoot with a Nesika K action,Jewel trigger and a Tooley stock.
I have already a 6,5x284,and maby a want have change barrel on 30-284,but a dint find any information about this caliber.Because a have a 308 bold a can not much higher on caliber.the caliber excised on the Quick load software,but a want an Little more information from other shooters,before a order a barrel,Reamer,....
