30-06 springfield FL dies.

From your experience guys. Do you know why some of my freshly reloaded cases don't fit in to chamber, but only in one of my rifles? I mean, from 50pcs there is 10 pcs that go very hard. It's new mauser 12. I use Hornady regular dies. I don't want to go to bushing dies, I'm not a match shooter. Just hunting.
Secondly, to make it short... Do you know which regular die will produce slightly smaller cases.

Small base dies may make all problems go away, but it would be nice to know if the case or the chamber is the problem. I am not sure how you can find out, what procedure will let you know, but will be watching this thread with great interest. Wish I could help, good luck!

Without knowing the specifics, my bet is that the case has been extruded upon sizing meaning that the die did not touch the shoulder of the case thus lengthening the case.

You should not need a small base die with a bolt rifle that has a SAMMI spec chamber. A small base die will over size the radial dimension of the case which is not a great idea. I know many knowledgeable reloaders recommend them, but these dies were designed for semi-auto's, not bolt rifles. A standard full-size die properly adjusted should size the case so that it fit a SAMMI chamber.

Does a fired case extract and chamber without difficult? If so, it's the sizing process that causing the case to lengthen.

Do you have a case gauge? If so, place a fired case in the gauge. It should sit between the upper and lower steps. A bump gauge and caliper are even better since you can get a precise measurement (primer removed) of a fired case and a sized case. This will tell you that you to not have your F/L die adjusted properly.

You don't need bushing dies for a hunting reloads.
 
Check to make sure the die is contacting the shell holder firmly. Use a good sizing lube like Redding Imperial die wax and make sure body and neck are both lubricated. Is this new brass or brass that was fired in another rifle? If you don't have a Hornady headspace gauge set, buy one. It's the only way to properly set up your sizing die. Your shell holder should be a Hornady brand shell holder. Using other brands may produce less or more bump on the shoulder.

IMO .... if a fired case will rechamber, measure everything you can measure with the tools you have and document.
I disagree with the setting the die to touch the shell holder at this point.

Lube and resize the case in small increments (1/4 turn), measuring after each pull of the handle on your press. Did anything change ?
Check to see if it still chambers. Repeat until the bolt starts to have some small resistance.
Color the case with a sharpie and try to chamber it again. Where does the sharpie color "rub off" ? If it's difficult to tell where it is rubbing, color it again and turn the die down another 1/8 turn and try again.

I think this will tell you where your problem is.

To answer.
I use hornady case guage.Fired case sits as you say.
I have head bump-caliper tool. I move the shoulders down .002 .005
There is no problem with extracting in any rifle.
No problem with loading tikka t3, haenel jager 10, mauser 2000, CZ600. Only problem I have is mauser 12max.
I have used black marker to check for scratches, as suggested earlier. Strate line of the scratch starts at one side of the case, somewhere in the middle, then becomes wider at lower part. Neer the head there is even more scratch marks.
 
Like to see a picture of the scratch marks for clarity. In the mean time, since it only appears in one rifle and from your description seems to start where the case tapers outward, do you have a scope mount screw protruding into the chamber? Have seen that twice - both times on high quality rifles!.
 
I had that happen with Hornady brass on the 9th reload that was never annealed. The brass lost the ability to be resized.
 
Looks like the 200 line is rubbing hard some of long scratches may be rub marks from extraction. I would remove the ejector and try again
 
If it's only in one rifle. Go have your smith polish the chamber!
Dump the Hornady dies. get a good set of Redding Dies and Shell Holders.
Lastly get a 06 small base die for that rifle only.
 
All good advise ..... however, if it IS new, take it back to where you bought it and argue your case for repair.
