30-06 Best powder, of the not recommended powders

Dimner

I do believe in Captain Crunch.
I have a 30-06 build that I need to start load development for.
The barrel is a standard Saami 30-06 chamber, 1:11 twist, 24".
My goal is at least 1 moa to 350 yards.
The bullets are Hornady 150gr Interlock SP (Flat Base)

Once my powder is chosen, I will follow the process outlined in https://forum.accurateshooter.com/threads/long-range-load-development-at-100-yards.3814361/

It's a tikka rifle, so let's assume 1moa is feasible.

With the problem with powder shortages, and extremely high cost, I have to use what powder I have on hand. In a perfect world, I would goto H/IMR 4350 and start there. Or maybe something reloader 16-19. However, I have to stick with what I have. Which means it's a bit confusing for me to try to pick from the following powders.

1moa is my goal. The fastest velocity is a secondary consideration.

IMR3031
H4895
Benchmark
Shooter's World Match Rifle (a spherical powder similar burn rate as RL15)
Shooter's World Precision (a Varget substitute)
Ramshot Hunter (I am hesitant to use, I have never been able to get this powder to shoot well (270 and 6.5x55)

With these kind of constraints which do you think I should start with? Or is there a test I can run (before the load development described in the link above) that will give me information that I can use to make a choice? I would really rather not waste a ton of bullets with a pre-test if at all possible.

My family uses a lot of 30-06 every year including myself and also that exact bullet. The hornady interlock 150 has killed tons of deer a few bear and a few elk for us, just a good old design. As far as the powders you have I agree with last post the 4895 would be probably best choice with your list but our stand by was always 4064 with the 150s. Have fun with the new rifle!

Yes H4895, followed by 3031 will do just fine.

The others may work, though as you've suggested they maybe more tedious to work up a load for.

3031 you'll want a winter and a summer load. H4895, you should be able to make one that works all seasons.

Don't forget Winchester powders, that have shown up on my local shelves more than any other recently. 760 and StaBall6.5 work well with lighter 30-06.
